Shipments and returns

Our shop generally shall ship the products in 2 working days after the order is confirmed. If the client pick up the order in our physical shop or any other public places, we shall contact the client to confirm the exact date and time of delivery.

We shall pack the products properly before shipping. But we shall not exclude any accidents during delivery and we shall not bear any responsibilities caused by the shipment process.

If any musical instruments and accessories are found to be faulty, please contact us and specify the problems encountered. We shall assess the situation if a replacement of the same product is necessary. If any of the pages in a sheet music is/are missing, please contact us to have a replacement of same title and edition. Due to copyright, we shall not replace or return any sheet music, which are found to be ordered by mistakes, after delivery.
